Upgrade a OpenSearch service
In case you booked a service that is too small, it is not necessary to delete the service and rebuild it from scratch. There is an easy way to upgrade to a higher service plan.
-
Log in the portal.stackit.cloud and choose your Project.
-
Select your Service from the main menu.
-
Select the instance in the right main window.
You can see now all the informations about your service instance.
-
Klick on the plan name at the bottom of the detail page.
-
Click Change to change to another plan.
-
Click Order fee-based.
It takes a while until the update finishes and error messages might occur while the plan is being upgraded.
