Step 1: Ordering a ServerBackup service
Prerequisites
Before creating a service instance, make sure that you meet the following prerequisites:
- You have a customer account.

Server Details
After you create a server and click on it to see its details, in the left menu you can find a Backup section which you can use to perform all activities in regards to the Server Backup Management Service.
Server Backup Management Service for Unmanaged Servers
For unmanaged servers if you want to backup your server, you have to order the Server Backup Management Service through the steps below
Open the Backup Overview page and click "Enable" button
Check for Default Backup Schedule and accept the price and our AGB
On activation of the Server Backup Management Service, the button "Create default backup schedule" will be automatically checked.
This creates a backup schedule for all volumes with a rentention period of 14 days per default.
By clicking "Order fee-based" you accept the price and our AGBs.
