Create folders

Prerequisites

To create a folder, you need the resource-manager.folder.create permission. This permission is included in the Owner role and several other roles.

Procedure

STACKIT Portal

1. Open the Resource Manager page by clicking on the project name next to the STACKIT logo.
2. Select All resources.
3. Select the context menu of the relevant organization where you want to create the folder.
4. Select Create folder.
5. Enter a meaningful name for the folder. You can use the recommend structure patterns to name your folder.
6. Select an organization.
7. Select Create.
