You have several contacts at STACKIT for different topics, depending on your partnership’s scope:
- Your Partner Manager: This person is your primary contact for all partnership-related questions. They will also help you identify the right STACKIT contact for specific needs and connect you with them.

Which tools and apps are available for partners, and how do I get access?
We offer various tools to simplify your daily work with STACKIT:
- STACKIT Calculator: Easily calculate prices for STACKIT services.
- STACKIT Partner Portal: Manage your customer relationships.
- STACKIT Portal: Adjust your organization’s settings and create and manage your projects.
How do I get technical support?
For incidents or service requests, contact our Help Center.
For urgent issues, call our hotline: +49 7132 30-474747 for IT support and other concerns.
How do I get a free test account?
We do not offer test environments or test accounts for customers or partners. However, you can contact your Partner Manager for financial support for Proof of Concepts (PoCs) or send a request to partners@stackit.cloud.
Where can I find the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for STACKIT services?

How can I get information on the current certificates for STACKIT Cloud and services?

How can I request a press release with STACKIT?
For joint press release inquiries, contact the content marketing team at content@stackit.cloud or your Partner Manager.
Who can I contact for social media activities with STACKIT?

How can I feature my company on the STACKIT website?
With a signed partner contract and the corresponding marketing addendum, you can express interest in having your own Partners page on the STACKIT website. Send your logo (preferably as a vector graphic in.svg,.eps, or.pdf format) and a completed partner form as a self-disclosure to content@stackit.cloud. You can find the form in our Brand Portal under the Forms tab.
How can I feature my company or product on the STACKIT Marketplace?
All information on delivery methods, price models and the registration process can be found in our STACKIT Marketplace for vendors documentation.
Where can I find marketing materials?
All marketing materials, including logos, consulting, and guidelines, are available in our Brand Portal.

Who supports us in sales pitches?
Our Brand Portal provides various materials for advising customers. For more information, visit the “Why STACKIT?” section on our website.
We support special customer inquiries or complex projects. Send an email to your Partner Manager or partners@stackit.cloud with key information, including:
- Company name
- Budget
- Contact person
- Customer’s order
- Required time frame and support type
What training does STACKIT offer?
Our current training courses are available at the STACKIT University. Courses are available in English and German.
Is there a Knowledge Base or Academy?
Our self-study offering in our STACKIT University is still under development. However, much information, such as cloud product requirements and benefits, product details, concepts, helpful usage tutorials, FAQs, known issues, and video tutorials, is already available in our documentation.
Are there any certifications available?
We provide certificates for individuals who successfully complete our learning paths within the STACKIT University. We do not yet offer certifications for companies.
How is the joint go-to-market (GTM) organized?
To plan a joint GTM, contact your Partner Manager or send a request to partners@stackit.cloud.
How can I present my company to STACKIT and to other Schwarz Group areas?
A good way to introduce yourself to colleagues within STACKIT and the Schwarz Group is to create a profile on the STACKIT company website. To do this, complete the partner profile from our Brand Portal and send it, along with your logo, to our marketing team at content@stackit.cloud.
We also host regular events within our organization and group where our partners can participate. For event information, visit our website or regularly check our STACKIT Partner Portal.
Can I get leads?
At STACKIT, we have a partner-first approach. This means that for all incoming customer inquiries, we first determine which partner from our ecosystem best meets the customer’s requirements. Our sales team then forwards the leads directly to the primary contact person of the appropriate partner.
We do not currently offer a tool-supported process for forwarding leads to our partners. However, you can create a profile on the STACKIT company website with a direct link to your website, creating a lead funnel. To do this, complete the partner profile from our Brand Portal and send it, along with your logo, to our marketing team at content@stackit.cloud.
How and where can I report sales opportunities to STACKIT?
To report a sales opportunity, send an email to your Partner Manager or partners@stackit.cloud with key information, including:
- Company name
- Budget
- Contact person
- Customer’s order
- Time frame
We do not yet offer a tool-supported process for reporting sales opportunities to STACKIT. However, you will soon be able to register sales opportunities via the STACKIT Partner Portal.
