Cost Dashboard in the STACKIT Partner Portal

The Cost Dashboard in the STACKIT Partner Portal helps reseller partners track their end-customers’ costs. This article explains the dashboard’s main features.

1. Access the Cost Dashboard in the STACKIT Partner Portal

  • For an overall view, navigate to Costs.
  • To see costs for a specific customer, navigate to Customer Relations, select an end-customer, and then navigate to Costs.

Use the filtering options to narrow down the data you need:

  • Select Time Period: You can filter costs by specific time frames (monthly, quarterly, or yearly expenses). Choose the dates to view costs for a specific period.
  • Choose End-Customer: you can view the total costs for all end-customers or select an end-customer from the list to see their individual costs.
  • Filter by Projects: Pick a project to see its associated costs.

Once filters are applied, the dashboard will display the relevant cost data, allowing you to:

  • Track overall spending.
  • Identify high-cost areas.
  • Manage and optimize resource allocation.
