Cost Dashboard in the STACKIT Partner Portal
The Cost Dashboard in the STACKIT Partner Portal helps reseller partners track their end-customers’ costs. This article explains the dashboard’s main features.
How to use the Cost Dashboard

Section titled “1. Access the Cost Dashboard in the STACKIT Partner Portal”- For an overall view, navigate to Costs.
- To see costs for a specific customer, navigate to Customer Relations, select an end-customer, and then navigate to Costs.
2. Apply filters
Section titled “2. Apply filters”Use the filtering options to narrow down the data you need:
- Select Time Period: You can filter costs by specific time frames (monthly, quarterly, or yearly expenses). Choose the dates to view costs for a specific period.
- Choose End-Customer: you can view the total costs for all end-customers or select an end-customer from the list to see their individual costs.
- Filter by Projects: Pick a project to see its associated costs.
3. Analyze data
Section titled “3. Analyze data”Once filters are applied, the dashboard will display the relevant cost data, allowing you to:
- Track overall spending.
- Identify high-cost areas.
- Manage and optimize resource allocation.
