Service plans for Key Value Store

Last updated on

We offer multiple service plans featuring either a single-node database or clustered replica sets with zone-redundant high availability. Every service plan defines a specific set of resources allocated to a running database instance.

Select the service plan that best fits your needs. You can upgrade to a higher plan later, provided the target service plan is available in your region. Upgrading to a higher service plan or performing platform update operations results in downtime.

Cluster service plans provide fault tolerance. The replica sets are hosted across multiple Availability Zones within the region, ensuring service continuity even if a compute node or an entire Availability Zone goes offline. Automatic recovery is managed for you in the event of equipment or data center failures.

Single-node service plans do not provide this grade of high availability. Therefore, we strongly advise against using them in production environments.

Each service plan defines the following:

  • The resource profile (Disk, RAM, vCPU) of every cluster node
  • The number of nodes in the cluster

All instances use high-performance SSD storage.
