Technical details

The iCAS software runs on Windows Server (2016, 2019, or 2022) and is deployed on STACKIT virtual machines. It uses patented CSC technology to bundle metadata with archived objects, protecting them from unauthorized access or changes. You can store these containers on various backends, including on-site storage or STACKIT Object Storage.
