Create and manage RabbitMQ credentials
You can create and delete credential keys at any time. These are required to register with the Service.
Create credentials
Section titled “Create credentials”- Log in to the STACKIT Portal choose your project.
- On the menu on the left click on RabbitMQ.
- You see a list of all RabbitMQ services of your project. To access the subpage for a particular service, click on the list entry.
- On the pane on the left click on Credentials.
- On the top menu click on Create Credentials.
- A new pane will provide you all the informations about the new credentials.

To use the Cloud Foundry CLI you first need to login into your STACKIT project endpoint. Read Interact with Cloud Foundry to get help logging in.

Create the service key with the
cfcommand:Terminal window cf create-service-key [service-name] [service-key] -
List the service key with the
cfcommand:Terminal window cf service-key [service-name] [service-key]
Delete credentials
Section titled “Delete credentials”- Log in to the STACKIT Portal choose your project.
- On the menu on the left click on RabbitMQ.
- You see a list of all RabbitMQ services of your project. To access the subpage for a particular service, click on the list entry.
- On the pane on the left click on Credentials.
- Navigate to the desired credentials entry, click on the three-dots-menu and there on Delete.
- On the overlay, confirm the deletion with clicking on Delete.
