This page explains the offboarding process when you cancel Client-Side Encryption (CSE).
Overview
Section titled “Overview”When you cancel the CSE service, the offboarding process starts. This page describes the process, your responsibilities, and those of STACKIT.
The general service description of STACKIT services applies.
When you cancel, your access to CSE is removed. You can no longer use CSE to encrypt data in your Google Workspace.
Other STACKIT services you use are not affected. You must cancel those services separately.
Deletion of customer data
Section titled “Deletion of customer data”Your STACKIT products and services that are not part of the CSE service are not affected by cancellation.
Your responsibilities
Section titled “Your responsibilities”You are responsible for managing your STACKIT products and services that are not part of CSE.
