Set and remove role responders
The assume role feature lets a STACKIT Service Agent take on your role for a limited time to access your project in the STACKIT Portal. With this feature, the Service Agent can perform any actions allowed for the role they request. This lets them understand your issue directly and assist you immediately.
To assume a role, a STACKIT Service Agent must have permission from an assume role responder in your organization. This permission lasts for 24 hours.
