Grant access when requested
- After you submit a Support request, check your emails. When the Service Agent processes your support ticket, you’ll receive a request email with a link to either grant or deny access to your project in the STACKIT Portal.
- Click the link in the email. The link forwards you to the STACKIT Portal with information about the access request.
- Allow or deny access using the buttons shown.
- If you approve, the Service Agent can assume the role for 24 hours. During this time, they can handle your issues directly in the STACKIT Portal.
- If you reject, the Service Agent will be denied access. This means you’ll need to find other ways to handle your Support request.
