Grant access when requested

  1. After you submit a Support request, check your emails. When the Service Agent processes your support ticket, you’ll receive a request email with a link to either grant or deny access to your project in the STACKIT Portal.
  2. Click the link in the email. The link forwards you to the STACKIT Portal with information about the access request.
  3. Allow or deny access using the buttons shown.
    • If you approve, the Service Agent can assume the role for 24 hours. During this time, they can handle your issues directly in the STACKIT Portal.
    • If you reject, the Service Agent will be denied access. This means you’ll need to find other ways to handle your Support request.
