Escalate a ticket
- Navigate and log into the STACKIT Help Center. Alternatively, log into the STACKIT Portal, select the questionmark icon in the top right corner, then select Help Center.
- Select to Requests in the upper right corner.
- Select on My Requests.
- Select the ticket you want to escalate.
- Select Start Escalation.
- Select Confirm.
The tickets is now marked as Issue escalated.
