Escalate a ticket

  1. Navigate and log into the STACKIT Help Center. Alternatively, log into the STACKIT Portal, select the questionmark icon in the top right corner, then select Help Center.
  2. Select to Requests in the upper right corner.
  3. Select on My Requests.
  4. Select the ticket you want to escalate.
  5. Select Start Escalation.
  6. Select Confirm.

The tickets is now marked as Issue escalated.
