Share a ticket
- Navigate and log into the STACKIT Help Center. Alternatively, log into the STACKIT Portal, select the questionmark icon in the top right corner, then select Help Center.
- Select Requests in the upper right corner.
- Select on My Requests
- Select the ticket you want to share.
- Select Share.
- Add the name, email address or organization of the colleague you want to share the ticket.
- Click Share.
You can share a ticket with more than one user. To share it with an additional user, repeat the sharing process.
