Share a ticket

  1. Navigate and log into the STACKIT Help Center. Alternatively, log into the STACKIT Portal, select the questionmark icon in the top right corner, then select Help Center.
  2. Select Requests in the upper right corner.
  3. Select on My Requests
  4. Select the ticket you want to share.
  5. Select Share.
  6. Add the name, email address or organization of the colleague you want to share the ticket.
  7. Click Share.

You can share a ticket with more than one user. To share it with an additional user, repeat the sharing process.
