    My service usage is growing, what can I do?

    You can upgrade to a bigger service plan (scale up) or you can get another instance (scale out).

    What are the IP ranges used in the default ACL?

    During creation of new data services, a default ACL is set. This contains the STACKIT IP ranges and provides an additional layer of security in addition addition to username/password. The default ACL contains the following values:

    public193.148.160.0/19
    45.129.40.0/21
    45.135.244.0/22
    internal4.158.0.0/15

    It is recommended to narrow it down to the actually used addresses.

    Why do I see two services on the service list?

    We create a public instance for use with Kubernetes and VMs and and an internal instance within the AppCloud.
