  STACKIT VPN now available via API

  STACKIT VPN is now available through the STACKIT API. This managed service connects your on-premise networks to the STACKIT Network Area (SNA) with secure, encrypted tunnels for hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.

  Key features:

  • Secure, encrypted communication: Industry-standard IPsec (IKEv2) protocol ensures data confidentiality and integrity.
  • Active-active high availability: Two internal instances provide resilient, parallel tunnels for uninterrupted connectivity.
  • Flexible routing options: Supports policy-based routing, static routes, and dynamic routing via Border Gateway Protocol (BGP).
  • Site-to-site and site-to-multisite support: Designed for complex hybrid and multi-cloud setups.
  • Scalable performance: Available from 100 Mbit/s up to 1,000 Mbit/s.

  STACKIT Portal and Terraform Provider integrations are coming soon to support additional management and automation workflows.
