Create a user account

Follow these steps to create a new STACKIT user account:

1. Open the STACKIT Portal login page: https://portal.stackit.cloud/.

2. Select Create your account.

3. Enter your email address.

   This email address will be your username. You can use one email address for only one user account.

4. Enter a password and confirm your new password.

   Your password must meet the specified requirements, such as minimum length and special characters.

5. Select Continue to submit your information.

6. Check your email inbox for a verification email. This email includes a verification link and a code that are valid for the next 72 hours. After this period, you can request a new code.

   The sender is STACKIT Accounts <info@accounts.stackit.cloud> and the subject is Verify your email.

   If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder or select Resend code on the registration page.

7. Select Verify your email in the verification email.

   Alternatively, go to the STACKIT Portal login page, enter your username, and click Continue. This will redirect you to the verification page. Paste the code from the email and select Verify email.

Your user account is now activated.
