Log into STACKIT Portal

You can log into the STACKIT Portal by either a Federated Login or the non-federated System Login.

System Login: Sign in using your email and password combination you registered with.
Federated Login: Sign in using the login credentials of your identity provider (IdP), e. g. Single-Sign-On (SSO) with EntraID. If an organization linked to your email domain manages your account, the STACKIT Portal redirects you to its login page.

Log into the STACKIT Portal:

Navigate to the STACKIT Portal login page via https://portal.stackit.cloud/.
Enter your username (which is usually your organizational email address), then select Continue.
The STACKIT Portal checks your email address and automatically determines the appropriate login method.
- Federated login: If your account is managed, you are redirected to your organization’s login page. Follow your organization’s process, which may include entering your credentials and completing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Your organization manages this process, not STACKIT.
- System login: In any other case you are authenticated against the STACKIT IdP. Please follow the instructions below to proceed.
Enter your password and select Log in. In case you forgot your password or need to reset it, select Reset password.
If your STACKIT user account is already enrolled to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you require a one-time token depending on your enrolled MFA. Otherwise, you can proceed with Enroll in multifactor authentication.
- For app-based MFA, open your authentication app and use the displayed code.
- For email-based MFA, check your inbox for the verification code.
- If you can’t use your MFA method, enter one of the one-time recovery codes you received during enrollment. You can use each code only once.
To continue, enter the confirmation code and select Verify.

You are now redirected to the STACKIT Portal.
