Delete a customer account
Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”Only users with the role Owner can delete a customer account.
Closure process and consequences
Section titled “Closure process and consequences”- Navigate to the Organization settings, e.g. from the Project Dashboard by clicking the Organization link.
- Select Customer account.
- Select Close account. This action permanently removes your account and all associated resources.
- Before you can close your account, you must review and confirm the consequences. Once confirmed, the following actions will be executed:
- The organization and all existing projects will be deleted.
- All user accounts linked to the organization will be detach.
- All billing data will be deleted after the last invoice is issued.
Additional considerations for partner accounts
Section titled “Additional considerations for partner accounts”If the customer account is a partner account, you can only close it if no active customer relationships exist.
