Manage customer account and organization settings

  1. Navigate to the Organization settings, e.g. from the Project Dashboard by clicking the Organization link.
  2. Select Customer account.

Fill out your company’s name and address here, and keep the information up to date. You will see an “Account incomplete” notification if a billing address is not set. Advise the account owner to add this information.

You can enter your Value-Added Tax identification (VAT-ID) here. This field is optional.

This section lists the contact person for your organization. Please provide a name, email address, and phone number so we can reach them if needed. The person who first created the organization is automatically set as the contact person. You can change this if necessary.
