Share a ticket

You can share tickets with other STACKIT users so they can view the ticket status, add comments and/or escalate the ticket if necessary.

  1. Visit the STACKIT Portal and log in.

  2. Click on the question mark icon in the top right corner and select Help Center.

  3. Click on a ticket in the list to open the detail view.

  4. In the left sidebar, select the tab Participants.

  5. Click Add participant and select a user from the dropdown list.

You can also remove participants via this tab, so they can no longer view details, add comments, or escalate the ticket. To do so, click on the three dots and select Remove.
