Share a ticket

You can share tickets with other STACKIT users so they can view the ticket status, add comments and/or escalate the ticket if necessary.

Visit the STACKIT Portal and log in.

Click on the question mark icon in the top right corner and select Help Center.

Click on a ticket in the list to open the detail view.

In the left sidebar, select the tab Participants.

Click Add participant and select a user from the dropdown list.
You can also remove participants via this tab, so they can no longer view details, add comments, or escalate the ticket. To do so, click on the three dots and select Remove.

Visit the STACKIT Help Center and log in.

Click on Requests in the top right corner and select My Requests.

Click the reference/summary of the ticket you want to share, to open the detail view.

On the right side (under Request participants), click Share.

Search for the name or email address of the user you want to share the ticket with. You can add multiple users in this step.

Click Share.
The shared ticket will now be visible to the selected users under their My Requests view in the Help Center. They can view the ticket details, add comments or escalate the ticket if necessary.
