Git - Monitor repository activity

Last updated on

For each repository, the activity tab displays insights about the recent changes. It helps figure out how lively it is and which contributors are the most active at a given moment in time.

The page displays the "Pulse" overview for the period "July 2, 2024 - July 9, 2024", showing data for active pull requests and issues, along with a summary text noting that 7 authors pushed 7 commits, changing 10 files with 29 additions and 8 deletions. The left sidebar provides sub-navigation links for Pulse, Contributors, Code frequency, and Recent commits.

Pulse: A high level view of the most recent commits and pull requests.

Contributors: The overall graph shows all commits over time and allows to select a range of dates to get a more detailed view. The contributors are also displayed with their individual graph. The contributor with the most commits is shown first.

Code frequency: Shows the ratio of added and deleted lines over time.

Recent commits: The total number of commits over time.
