Product integration by delivery method

The steps for integration differ slightly depending on the delivery method of your product. Not all delivery methods are currently available. Contact us for more information. The following delivery methods are currently available:

Regardless of whether we already offer the delivery method of your cloud product, we look forward to receiving your request as a vendor for our STACKIT Marketplace. We will inform you as soon as it is available and assist you with integration. Send us your Marketplace partner request now at partners@stackit.cloud.

In the STACKIT Marketplace, we distinguish between two main types of products in the Marketplace: listings and full integrations. If your product cannot be integrated, we can list it under certain circumstances until further notice.

Listings (non-fully integrated products)

Listings are for SaaS products that are not fully integrated into the Marketplace. This typically applies to products lacking the necessary technical foundation for deep integration.

The purchasing process is straightforward:

Interested buyers send their contact details via the Contact sales button on the product detail page in the STACKIT catalog.
We forward this contact data to you anonymously as a Subscription ID.
Once you approve the purchase, the customer receives a link to your portal or login.
As the vendor, you are then responsible for managing the subsequent purchase process outside the Marketplace.

The listings product integration is suitable for:

SaaS products where the technical foundation for full integration is still being developed.
Products that require individual pricing or contract negotiations.

Full integrations (fully integrated products)

Fully integrated products are for providers who want to enable a direct and automated purchasing experience through the Marketplace.

Customers can buy fully integrated products directly via the portal. The entire purchase process, from ordering to delivery (depending on the product type), occurs within the Marketplace.

As a vendor, you decide which type of integration you need and want to implement for your product.

The full integration is suitable for:

SaaS products with standardized setups.
STACKIT Application Images, Images, Professional Services, and Kubernetes applications.
Products that should enable a quick and uncomplicated purchasing process.
