We personally provide you with detailed information on access to the preview environment, test cases and reporting options.
Once your product has been successfully tested and approved and the technical integration has been completed, the final step towards availability in the Marketplace follows: testing and going live.
- Notification of the test phase in the “preview” product: After the technical integration, you receive an email notification that your product is available for you to test in a “preview” environment (or “staging” environment). This preview environment lets you
- Test functionality comprehensively: check all the functions and features of your product in a real-life Marketplace environment.
- Validate integration: Ensure that the technical integration into the Marketplace works and that all interfaces work correctly.
- Test customer experience: Test the user guidance and customer experience from the customer’s perspective.
- Your “go” for going live: After you have tested your product in the preview environment and found it ready, we need your “go” again (by email response) to initiate the live launch.
- Automatic live activation in the Marketplace: As soon as we have received your “Go”, your product automatically goes live in the Cloud Marketplace.
