Even after your product has successfully gone live in the Cloud Marketplace, continuous product management and reliable customer support remain crucial for long-term success and sustainable customer satisfaction.
Product updates and version management
Section titled “Product updates and version management”Product updates are currently technically limited. However, you can update the details page of your product at any time. For larger updates, please inform the Marketplace team in good time to check the feasibility and prepare for the simplified review process.
Performance monitoring and reporting
Section titled “Performance monitoring and reporting”Performance data is currently only available manually via email from the Marketplace team. Automation via a vendor portal is planned for later this year.
Customer support and SLA
Section titled “Customer support and SLA”Ensure high-quality customer support according to your listing specifications. Adhere to agreed SLAs. Use the Marketplace support system (if available) or your own channels and respond to customer queries promptly. Excellent support is critical to success.
