  • Regular email updates: You will receive emails about your product review progress. This keeps you informed of the current status.
  • Technical feasibility notifications: If new delivery methods or pricing options become available that were not there when you made your request, we will notify you immediately by email.
  • Detailed feedback on improvements: If our review shows that your product or product information needs adjustments, we will give you detailed feedback.
  • Central contact point for questions: For general questions about the review process or if you need clarification, contact us at marketplace@stackit.cloud. Our team will promptly and thoroughly answer your questions.
  • Notification of successful approval: Once your product is successfully reviewed and approved, you will receive a final email notification. This email confirms the approval and informs you of the next steps.
  • Your “Go” for technical integration: After the approval email, we will ask for your brief confirmation (“Go”) via email reply. As soon as we receive your “Go”, we will immediately start the final technical integration of your product into the Marketplace.
