Test and go live of the product

We will personally provide you with detailed information on access to the preview environment, test cases and reporting options.

Once your product has been successfully tested and approved and the technical integration has been completed, the final step towards availability in the Marketplace follows: testing and going live.

  • Notification of the test phase in the “preview” product: After the technical integration, you will receive an email notification that your product is now available for you to test in a “preview” environment (or “staging” environment). This preview environment allows you to
    • Test functionality comprehensively: check all the functions and features of your product in a real-life Marketplace environment.
    • Validate integration: Ensure that the technical integration into the Marketplace works smoothly and that all interfaces work correctly.
    • Test customer experience: Test the user guidance and customer experience from the customer’s perspective.
  • Your “go” for going live: After you have thoroughly tested your product in the preview environment and found it ready, we need your “go” again (via email response) to initiate the live launch.
  • Automatic live activation in the Marketplace: As soon as we have received your “Go”, your product will automatically go live in the Cloud Marketplace.
