    Are there prerequisites to selling or buying a product from the STACKIT Marketplace?

    Yes, you need a user account and must be an administrator or a member of an organization. As a customer, you must also be an administrator or a member of a project within the STACKIT Portal.

    How does billing work on the STACKIT Marketplace?

    Billing for products purchased through STACKIT Marketplace integrates seamlessly with your cloud account. You will receive a single, consolidated bill from us, which includes charges for Marketplace purchases. This simplifies invoice management.

    What types of pricing options are available for products on STACKIT Marketplace?

    STACKIT Marketplace currently offers SaaS products with fixed pricing plans defined by the vendor. We plan to extend our pricing offers to more cloud pricing options in the future.

    Is it complicated to deploy a product purchased from STACKIT Marketplace?

    Products purchased from the STACKIT Marketplace are currently limited to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings provided by third-party vendors. These products are generally ready-to-use, meaning they don’t require a complex deployment process from the customer. Instead, you typically access and configure the service directly through the vendor’s interface after purchase. Specific setups and usage instructions will be provided on each product’s individual page within the STACKIT Marketplace.

    What if I need technical support for a product, I bought through STACKIT Marketplace?

    If you need technical support for a product purchased through the STACKIT Cloud Marketplace, you can contact us directly through the Marketplace for initial support. Alternatively, you can contact the vendor directly using the contact information provided on the product’s detail page.

    Can I integrate applications purchased from STACKIT Marketplace with other cloud tools?

    We are actively developing cloud integration capabilities for applications purchased through our Marketplace. While specific API integrations will vary based on the product and service, our goal is to simplify connecting cloud solutions and build more robust, interconnected systems. We will keep you updated on available cloud platform integrations as they are released.

    What types of products are featured on your Marketplace?

    Our primary focus is on SaaS products. However, the STACKIT Cloud Marketplace continuously expands its portfolio. Therefore, we are interested in a wide range of cloud-based solutions, regardless of the delivery method. While we see significant potential in the Healthcare, Public Sector, Sports, Retail, eCommerce, and Logistics industries, we are open to exploring all innovative and valuable solutions that can benefit our customers.

    I have a product that isn't in one of your listed sectors. Can I still list it?

    While the sectors listed above are our current priorities, we welcome applications from product providers in other industries. If you have a solution that doesn’t fall into these categories, please register your interest. We will contact you as soon as we expand our platform including your sector.

    I have a product that isn't SaaS. Can I still list it?

    If you have a product that is not SaaS, you can still register your interest. We are constantly evaluating opportunities to expand the types of offerings we support and will reach out when it is possible to integrate other types of products.
